Mango

Project Overview:

Mango aims to create a centralized space where users can not only donate to organizations they're passionate about, but also donate to multiple at once, and learn more about the issues they're interested in based on their personalized preferences.

Role: UI/UX Designer Timeline: August 2021 - December 2021

Tools Used: Miro, Procreate, Figma

Problem Statement

There are many who want to donate to nonprofits but aren't sure which ones are ethical or reliable, as it can be difficult to scout legitimate organizations independently. Organizations also usually use individual websites dedicated to their cause, making it additionally tedious for users to compare to similar nonprofits.

Solution

Mango aims to create a centralized space where users can not only donate to organizations they're passionate about, but also donate to multiple at once, and learn more about the issues they're interested in based on their personalized preferences.

One donation is considered a “mango”, and splitting one donation amongst multiple organizations is cutting a user’s mango into “slices”!
